Nicole Motamed

While in law school, Nicole served as the Real Estate Track Director for the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship & the Law. She was also an editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law.

Before joining SSG, Nicole worked at a real estate transactional law firm, where she represented financial institutions and real estate investors on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.

Nicole has served as a panelist at law schools on topics related to the real estate market and real estate finance. She is also actively involved in mentorship and mentors aspiring attorneys through UCLA's Alumni Mentorship Program and Pepperdine Law's Preceptor Program.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with high honors, from UCLA, and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Nicole is admitted to practice law in California.
