SSG was founded in August of 2005 in the hopes of building a competitive real estate practice to serve clients creatively, responsively and cost-effectively. Following its motto of Fortuna paratos adjuvat ("Luck favors the prepared"), and applying the Japanese management principle of kaizen (continuous process improvement), SSG has steadily built its client base and referral sources organically, by word of mouth, without any overt marketing efforts.
