Jenna Paliughi
Counsel
While in law school, Jenna served as President for the Business Law Society. She was also an editor for UC Law Journal (formerly known as Hastings Law Journal) and completed several courses in business law and finance.
Before joining SSG, Jenna worked at a corporate law firm, where she represented public and private companies on a wide range of transactional matters.
Jenna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and a Juris Doctor degree from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law). Jenna is admitted to practice law in California.
