Alyssa Kim

Alyssa is Counsel at SSG.

While at USC Gould School of Law, Alyssa served as Executive Development Editor of the Southern California Law Review. Before joining SSG, she represented institutional investors, owners, and developers at an Am Law 100 firm in a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law. She is admitted to practice in California.
