Nicole Kinkade

Nicole is Counsel at SSG.
While in law school, Nicole spent two semesters in the legal clinic where she found her passion for real estate and business law through assisting non-profit organizations in their start-up and with property related issues. Before joining SSG, Nicole worked for an Iowa firm focusing her practice on real estate matters, including real estate transactions, the subdivision of farmland and various landlord/tenant issues, as well as estate planning, municipal, tax and business law.
Nicole received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Public Relations degree from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa. Nicole is admitted to practice law in Iowa.
