Ronit Stone

Ronit is Of Counsel at SSG.

Ronit has advised large and small businesses, developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, financing, leasing, management and disposition of various types of real estate assets including raw land, commercial, retail, office, industrial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare and hospitality properties.

Ronit handles a variety of business and corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, operating and shareholder agreements, complex contract review, and sales and acquisitions of businesses.

Ronit's pro bono and community services includes: former Vice-Chair of the Non-Profit Organizations Committee of the California State Bar Business Law Section; former board member of the City of Beverly Hills Community Charitable Foundation; past President of the Beverly Hills Education Foundation; and Pro Bono Attorney Volunteer at Public Counsel.

Ronit received a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California. Ronit is admitted to practice law in California.
